So this is my first post on my blog and it's gonna be about beauty related stuff, hope you like it!
On the 15th of May I went to a beauty convention with my mom. It was at Pirita (Tallinn) and it was called Beauty Word. We went there to try the new NYX cosmetics products that will be coming to Estonia soon (in the fall). I got a few things at the convention and thought I would share my finds with you. Who knows maybe you like the product and want to get it for yourself. :)
These are the products we got, the two in the middle are my mom's and the orange/red lipstick and green liner are mine. I also did swatches of them.
Vivid brights liner in Vivid Escape / Soft matte lip cream in Morocco / Butter lipstick in Hot Nights / Soft matte lip cream in Paris
And I also took some pictures while I was wearing my lipstick and liner.
So I'm gonna talk a little bit about the products. I think the matte lip cream's are really good. They are very nice and creamy at first, but when you apply them they look very matte and stay in place. They are also very pigmented. The Morocco lip cream is a beautiful corral orange and the Paris lip cream is hot pink. Coral pinks and oranges don't usually look good on me, but I really like this one.
The Butter lipstick is nice and goes on very smoothly. It is a great lipstick if you are looking for something a little more sheer.
The eyeliner is also great, all the Vivid bright liners are very brightly colored and great for the summer. It dries quickly, stays completely matte and doesn't smudge which is perfect for with oily eyelids. For me there is one bad thing about it tough - it is kinda difficult to apply it, but other than that it is very nice.
All in all I really like the NYX products we got and can't wait to try more of their stuff when they officially come to Estonia.
